Our chefs bring a wealth of culinary experience to the table, having honed their skills in Africa’s finest kitchens and receiving recognition for their innovative dishes and techniques. With a combined 20 years of experience in the culinary arts, our chefs are well-equipped to provide top-notch training and guidance to our participants.

Richard Nunekpeku
Corporate & Governance
Richard Nunekpeku leads Corporate, Governance and Transactions as well as Start-ups, Fintech and Innovations Practice Divisions of his law firm Susterini Attorneys. Richard Nunekpeku is the Managing Partner at Sustineri Attorneys PRUC – a boutique law firm specializing in business and transactional legal services. His interest spans Company, Commercial and Corporate Law, Start-ups and Fintech, Agribusiness, Property and Investment Law, Commercial Dispute Resolution, and general business law.

Nyanyuie Doamekpor
Creative Lead
Kodzo, hailing from the vibrant streets of Accra, Ghana, is a seasoned multimedia storyteller with a rich background encompassing over 12 years in various creative roles. He has honed his craft as a graphic designer, digital product designer, creative director, art director, and filmmaker. Kodzo employs immersive design, animation, and transmedia experiences to bridge the gap between intricate concepts and captivating audiences across diverse platforms.

Samuel Ofei Larbi
Project Mgt. Associate
Samuel Ofei Larbi is a bachelor’s degree holder in French (Modern Languages) from KNUST. He also has an Executive MBA in Project Management (UGBS) and is a Project Management Associate (GIMPA). Ofei has work experience in a number of fields, namely – (KPMG Ghana) Advisory Service, (Jamjar Communications) Digital Marketing, (Wonder Sports and Fitness Center) Marketing Lead, (Bloombar Ltd) Operations Manager and Repair & Maintenance, (East End Bistro) Operations Manager and Repair & Maintenance as well as (Wilnet Limited) Operations. He currently occupies directorship roles at Wilnet Limited and Renovaite Realty.

Akwasi Mensa Brenya
Curator
Ghanaian-British inter-disciplinary artist, Akwasi Brenya-Mensa, designs concepts and spaces using food as a creative medium.Approaching his projects through a lens moulded by his professional journey through the world of music: collaborative performance, deejay, events and entertainment management; Akwasi has shared his ideas diaom inception to real life at iconic locations across London and beyond.
A culmination of over 10 years within the world of food, Akwasi’s most recent concept is debut London restaurant, Tatale, opened at historic venue, The Africa Centre, in Summer, 2022. Tatale as a dining concept offers a contemporary menu that celebrates and preserves the rich tapestry of African flavours and cooking traditions. At a time when African cuisine is beginning to be recognised in the way it deserves – as expansive and exciting – Tatale opened to widespread critical acclaim and has won several awards.

David Baffour-Kwakye
David Baffour-Kwakye is the Managing Director of Renovaite Realty Ltd, an Upscale Real Estate Development Company in Accra, Ghana, and the Managing Consultant of BK David Consulting, a Business Advisory and Management Consulting firm. He works primarily as a Business Strategist leading the day-to-day operations of both firms. David has a passion for growing and putting businesses and corporations on the cutting edge to compete in the global economy and develop the potential of business leaders.
